The client’s old garage door was rusty and deteriorating, prompting him to seek a modern upgrade. He requested a sleek, white door that would lift upward instead of sliding open like his previous one. We delivered a stylish and functional solution, enhancing both the convenience and aesthetics of his space.
NEW GARAGE DOOR
For the roof renovation, the client wanted to replace the aging marble stones with sleek, durable granite. Additionally, he wished to relocate his old solar tank from the balcony to the roof, freeing up space to fully enjoy his outdoor area. Given the tank’s age and inefficiency, we upgraded it with a new, high-performance model.
As part of the project, we also took the opportunity to renovate the plumbing, adding a convenient water tap for roof access. While the transformation is still in progress, the next phase—scheduled for spring at the client’s request—includes painting, installing LED lighting beneath the stone to illuminate the balcony at night, and completing the space with artificial grass for a polished, inviting finish.
